- MEP Project Manager, you lead multi-disciplinary efforts to monitor projects, manage risks, and deliver critical infrastructure. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure technical, planning, and safety standards are met while guiding procurement and commissioning. This role shapes the execution of complex data center and hospital-type facilities, delivering on-time, within budget, and to quality expectations. • Directly liaise with the client to monitor projects, raise risks, and propose solutions
• Consult on construction projects, including technical, planning, economic, quality, and safety aspects
• Conduct feasibility studies (technical, economic, planning) for projects
• Plan and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and long lead equipment
• OFCI management or supervision
• Develop PMP and project strategies
• Create and manage procurement and tender strategies
• Select suppliers and present to customers
• Prepare technical dossiers for tenders, receive offers,



and issue award recommendations
• Organize regular progress meetings and document minutes
• Lead meetings and report on status
• Control costs, planning, change orders, and billing follow-up
• Oversee commissioning of works and facilities Responsabilidades
• Degree in industrial engineering and specialty electrical installations, mechanical or similar
• 2+ years of experience in design and construction management of Critical Infrastructures (Data Centers or Hospitals)
• 5+ years in the construction sector (projects and works)
• Knowledge of installations regulations (mechanical, electric, water)
• Risk analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership and ability to achieve milestones
• Strong collaboration and team-work skills
• Experience dealing with customers for reporting and decision making
• Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Project/Primavera, BIM 360, TCQ/Presto Requisitos principales •
