Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Communications commodity strategy for ADS platforms, including UAS and FCAS, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and risk-managed procurement. You’ll nurture relationships with global suppliers and drive multi-functional collaboration to align with program goals. The position sits in a transnational, digital procurement team focused on synergies, cost savings, and innovation. You will shape supplier strategy and contract governance to support critical defense programs. • Develop and implement a robust commodity strategy with market, cost, pricing, and technology insights
• Lead Sub-Commodity MFT to ensure value-for-money proposals and secure lines
• Manage supplier relationships, risk assessments, and supplier development programs
• Drive bids, tenders, and supplier selection; assess buy vs. make decisions




• Lead negotiations and establish contractual agreements for existing and long-term contracts
• Contribute to procurement and value creation projects to deliver cost savings and innovation Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent
• At least 5 years in procurement, engineering, services, or project management
• Knowledge of risk assessment and SAP (valued)
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in matrix environments with stakeholder and conflict management
• Ability to empower and motivate others
