About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced learning and organisational development managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for learning and organisational development managers with 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: new-hire onboarding playbooks, training facilitator guides, learning curriculum outlines, course completion and engagement tracking spreadsheets, manager enablement decks, and skills assessment rubrics. Compensation Compensation: $70/hour Commitment Commitment: Versátil, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) Location

ASAP Qualifications
* 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
* Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics that hold up to L&D; and people-ops scrutiny
