Role Description The City Growth Partner / GTM Launch Lead – Madrid is a part-time, hybrid role, with work based in Madrid and some flexibility to work from home. This role focuses on launching and scaling SocialPerks in the Madrid market by identifying high-potential local partners, merchants, and communities, and driving user and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market plans, managing local campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing growth tactics. The role also involves meeting with prospective partners, presenting SocialPerks’ value proposition, negotiating win–win agreements, and coordinating onboarding. The City Growth Partner collaborates closely with the central team, shares market insights, and contributes to product and strategy feedback while participating in a commission-based compensation structure with access to an equity pool. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data,



track KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging partners, collaborating with teams, and presenting GTM plans clearly.
• Growth hacking and sales skills to design experiments, drive market penetration, and close strategic deals.
• Project management skills to coordinate local launches, manage timelines, and oversee multiple initiatives.
• Proven experience in market launch, business development, or startup/scale-up environments is highly beneficial.
• Solid understanding of digital products, local consumer behavior in Madrid, and community-building strategies.
• Self-directed work style, ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, and comfort with commission-based incentives.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
