About the role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Modelling & Investment Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the financial assessment of new projects and investment opportunities. The position will focus primarily on financial modelling, project analysis and investment evaluation, providing robust financial insights to support management decision-making. Working closely with the Finance, Business Development and operational teams, the successful candidate will help assess the financial viability, risks and returns of new projects and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain financial models for new projects, investments and business opportunities.
• Assess project profitability, cash flows and investment returns, including IRR, NPV and payback.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to identify key value drivers and financial risks.
• Translate commercial and operational assumptions into robust financial models and business cases.




• Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to senior management, working closely with Finance, Business Development and Operations. What we are looking for
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, project finance, valuations and/or investment analysis.
• Ideally, experience combining Big Four advisory (Deals, Valuations, Transaction Services or Financial Modelling) with an in-house role.
• Strong experience in building financial models from scratch, project profitability, cash flow, returns and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and fluent English; experience in infrastructure, transportation, aviation, concessions or industrial services is highly valued.
