EU Business School is seeking an experienced FP&A; Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for a multi-entity, multi-campus organization with about EUR 65 M revenue. Reporting to the CFO, you will build an AI-driven FP&A; function and a single source of truth across campuses in Barcelona, Geneva, Munich, and Digital. You will own driver-based models, collaborate with campus leaders, and develop profitability insights to inform pricing, investments, and strategic decisions.
