Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen Glovo's fraud prevention capabilities across multiple streams, designing and deploying risk controls that reduce losses and improve profitability. You will work with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to implement end-to-end strategies and evaluate their impact through experiments. You will analyze fraud patterns with SQL and analytics tools, contribute to ML workflows, and maintain centralized escalation and executive dashboards. This position offers high visibility in a fast-paced fintech environment and the chance to shape risk controls globally.

- Design, implement, and roll out end-to-end fraud prevention strategies with measurement and iteration
- Assist in setup, monitoring, and performance analysis of A/B tests for fraud controls
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to propose preventive controls
- Conduct risk analysis using SQL, Python, and analytics platforms to detect patterns and monitor metrics




- Contribute to ML workflows by defining features and validating model outputs with Data Science
- Maintain centralized escalation process for suspected fraud with timely reviews and regional alignment
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards in Looker tracking fraud OKRs, exposure, and compliance
- Clarify complex fraud topics using data-driven approaches for diverse audiencesResponsabilidades
- 1-3 years in fraud prevention, risk management, fintech or analytics
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- Strong SQL skills; Python or similar analytics tools a plus
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Understanding of Precision vs. Recall and A/B testing principles
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset; eagerness to grow in risk and fintech
