Blacksmith Agency is hiring an AI Developer to own and ship the internal automation roadmap. The role is a builder position focused on production systems over AI models, collaborating closely with engineering and delivery leadership.
You will turn documented automation roadmaps into shipped systems, leveraging LangChain and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, and build integrations across our tooling stack to reduce manual work.
