We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join us at our facility in Asturias. The French CSR role is a key position within the team, acting as primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, potential customers, and internal stakeholders.
Actively monitors open orders, products availability, and lead-time developments to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on timeInteracts and works closely with the business team, sales representatives, back office to ensure that the customers' requirements are met, and to have a better understanding of the market's organizationUnderstands cash collection process e.g. credit hold next steps/actions.
Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with SOX, ISO,



and other requirementsProcesses customer service and product complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experienceLanguage

skills:
Fluency in English and French.
Spanish will be beneficial as the role is based out in Spain.
