We are looking for a Temporary Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and execution. Responsibilities Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with KPIs and quality standards. Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, solve issues,



and propose improvements. Manage cash management processes and controls, ensure compliance with legal requirements Collaborate with P&D;, payroll, AP, facilities and other departments on joint initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards. Competencies Ability to interpret metrics, dashboards, and data insights (advanced Excel) Use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, or process efficiency. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal abilities Experience managing teams and leading improvement projects.
