Do you speak Aranese and Spanish? Put your rare language skills to work in banking customer service. You'll join a customer service team that supports clients of a leading bank in both languages. You'll start on-site in Valencia or Madrid, then move to a hybrid model (a mix of remote and office days) once you finish your learning period.
What you'll do
Assist banking customers by phone and in writing, in Aranese and Spanish
Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally, following banking service procedures
Work with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
What we're looking for
Spoken and written proficiency in Aranese and Spanish
High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent
Good communication and teamwork skills
Intermediate computer skills
Availability to attend on-site training
Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service
