You will manage the Order-to-Delivery process, support the Sales team, and serve as the first contact for customer service questions.
You will monitor daily KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and help implement corrective actions to sustain service excellence, coordinating with Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance.
