Experteer Overview In this role you design, implement, and maintain advanced data acquisition systems for aerospace and defence applications. You will act as the technical services architect for hardware, sensors, and digital data pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions. You handle data processing, validation, and integration tasks while supporting customers and internal stakeholders. - Design, develop, deploy and integrate data acquisition solutions (hardware and software)
- Specify sensor, transducer, and instrumentation needs for optimal data collection
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data acquisition requirements aligning with customer expectations
- Develop and implement data processing algorithms to ensure data quality and integrity
- Troubleshoot DAQ systems, sensors, and data flow
- Perform system validation and verification against technical requirements and industry standards
- Generate technical documentation (system specs, test plans, procedures, CONOPS/OPSCON)
- Stay updated on new data acquisition, instrumentation, and signal processing technologies




- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reportingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data acquisition systems
- Strong understanding of sensor technologies (e.G., accelerometers, strain gauges, thermocouples, pressure transducers) and signal conditioning
- Proficiency in Python and C++
- Experience with various DAQ hardware platforms and software tools
- Knowledge of data communication protocols (Ethernet, CAN bus, MIL-STD-1553)
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience in aerospace or defense industry is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to travel for meetings and customer demos
