Experteer Overview In this role you co-own the analytics layer that powers decisions at Doodle. You turn raw product data into trusted, scalable datasets for experimentation and reporting, built on dbt top of Amazon Redshift with Athena, and consumed in Power BI, Hex, and internal AI tools. You work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define metrics, enable self-service analytics, and drive data-informed decisions. You’ll apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate modeling, testing, and documentation while shaping a data-driven culture across teams.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Design, build and maintain scalable analytics data models using dbt
- Ensure data quality with robust transformations, testing, validation, and documentation
- Define and maintain trusted business metrics across the company
- Develop a scalable semantic layer for consistent reporting and self-service analytics
- Collaborate on A/B tests, funnels, retention, and customer insights to guide decisions




- Provide reliable measurement frameworks for product launches and feature rollouts
- Create dashboards and reports in Power BI, Hex, and internal AI tools and coach stakeholders
- Lead AI-driven analytics workflows and promote AI adoption in data workResponsabilidades
- Strong hands-on experience building analytics data models with dbt or similar framework
- Good grasp of dimensional modeling
- Advanced SQL skills on large analytical datasets
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift
- Experience building dashboards and self-service reports in Power BI or similar BI tools
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and product analytics
- Hands-on experience with AI assistants (e.G., Claude) and AI coding tools
