Experteer Overview In this role you enable the manufacturing system for Thermo-mechanical AIT in selected Space System programs. You work within a multi-functional team to develop, industrialize, produce, and deliver flight-ready space hardware. You collaborate with engineering and production to ensure feasible design solutions and robust manufacturing processes. You will drive planning, asset needs, and process optimization across thermal, mechanical, and electrical integration, contributing to high-reliability space missions.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Concur with engineering to ensure feasible design and industrial fit
- Bring industrial expertise to multifunctional project teams
- Elaborate the Manufacturing Dossier with traceability (As Design-As Planned)
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing technologies and capabilities
- Ensure feasibility of AIT assembly, integration and testing for hardware
- Define MBOM and support Supply Chain material planning
- Support shopfloor execution and on-site testing campaigns
- Develop AIT process definitions and sequencing aligned with Airbus guidelines




- Incorporate Quality inputs and PFMEA considerations into AIT activities
- Plan schedules, resources, and lead times; optimize economic aspects
- Lead work preparation activities and release Systems Mechanical u0026 Electrical Integration Procedures
- Foster feedback loops with Production u0026 Quality teams; drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to budget planning and CapEx discussions for cost improvements
- Develop capability for New Product/Process and support qualification campaignsResponsabilidades
- Engineering background in Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechanical fields
- 3 to 5 years in AIT (Assembly, Integration and Test) production, preferably Space
- Nice to have: knowledge of ESA ECSS standards, CATIA, DDMS (Delmia, Apriso)
