Experteer Overview In this role you define the target IT/OT security platform architecture and drive secure, scalable solutions aligned with Siemens’ Zero Trust and digitalization goals. You collaborate with factories, cybersecurity experts, product teams, and partners to enable secure IT/OT connectivity and future AI-driven use cases. You’ll translate business and security needs into architectural roadmaps and governance models, shaping the IT/OT security landscape. - Design and evolve the target architecture for IT/OT Security Platforms (SINEC Secure Connect)
- Define secure IT/OT communication concepts based on Zero Trust and develop architectures for remote access, machine connectivity, and application communication
- Assist factories in integrating modern security and management solutions into brownfield environments
- Translate business, security, and operational requirements into scalable platform architectures, standards, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with factories, cybersecurity teams, service owners, vendors, and partners to establish architecture standards and drive adoption




- Define integration concepts between connectivity services, monitoring, automation, and enterprise systems
- Evaluate new technologies and patterns to evolve Siemens' IT/OT security and platform landscape
- Enable data-driven and AI-supported operational use cases by designing secure data flows, automation, analytics and interoperability
- Shape the journey to AI-native OT security servicesResponsabilidades
- Zero Trust and OT Security Architecture expertise (identity-centric networking, PKI, certificate lifecycle)
- OT Infrastructure and Brownfield Integration experience (3+ years)
- Platform and Enterprise Architecture experience (3+ years)
- Platform Integration, Automation, AI and Analytics capabilities (API-based integration, data flows)
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured, strategic working style in international, cross-functional environments
