Experteer Overview As Insight Lead at Roche, you will position Insights as a strategic partner to affiliate teams and lead a high-performing group of Insights Experts. You own end-to-end insight delivery for a defined disease area, ensuring independent, high-quality analysis that informs decision-making and commercial excellence. You coach and develop the team, prioritise work, and collaborate across Data Analytics and Global teams to translate strategy into execution. - Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions
- Pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
