About The JobJob purposeAs Operational Resilience Officer – Business Continuity Management, you will play an essential part in developing, deploying, and overseeing the Global AXA Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework and the End?to?End Business Resilience approach.
Main missionsYour Responsibilities IncludeSupport the development and deployment the Global AXA BCM Framework and Business Resilience methodology.Monitor alignment of AXA entities with global standards and methodologies.Create and deliver best practice materials to help entities implement local BCM programs.Support the Crisis Management On?Participate in AXA's annual Business Resilience conferences.Expected Skills & ExperienceExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a general environment.Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Technical SkillsExpert in Business Continuity Management standards and deployment.Skilled in program management and stakeholder communication.Ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate at senior management levels.party management and quality assurance reporting.Proficient in developing guidance, examples,
