- Define and maintain the Corporate PKI service portfolio and roadmap
- Lead an international team of PKI experts and align strategy with IT governance
- Ensure end-to-end service delivery with defined SLAs and operational excellence

- Several years of experience in IT Service Ownership, IT Service Management, Product Ownership or a comparable role
- Proven track record managing business-critical enterprise services
- Experience working in general/multinational environments
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Lifecycle Management
- Cryptographic key management knowledge; Post-Quantum Cryptography is a plus
- ITIL principles and service lifecycle management
- Experience with SLAs, KPIs, service reporting, governance
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Leadership, integrity, and clear communication skills
