Storio group, Europe's leading provider of personalised photo products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Operations Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team. As one of six CRM Operations Specialists, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing email campaigns for one of our brands, impacting millions of customers.
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, from target audience selection and content creation to scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis.
You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion strategies that foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
You'll work closely with CRM colleagues, the CRM Tech team, and commercial stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.
Be a data expert: You'll monitor key metrics, own quarterly forecasting, and provide insightful reporting on email channel performance and the health of our mailable base.
You'll actively participate in developing and implementing a test-and-learn strategy to optimise email effectiveness and explore new ways to grow our audience.
You'll identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and contribute to projects that enhance the team's overall efficiency.
Proven CRM expertise: 3+ years of experience in a CRM-focused role within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Data-driven mindset: Excellent analytical skills and a passion for leveraging customer data to inform campaign strategies and drive results.




Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
An interest in technical projects and a willingness to collaborate with the CRM Tech team is a plus.
