We are building our European Service Organization and are looking for a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team.
You will work directly with some of the most advanced AI and liquid cooling deployments in Europe while helping establish BEEHE's long-term service capabilities across the region.
As BEEHE continues its rapid international expansion, this position offers exceptional career development opportunities. Business Development
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Europe.
Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers, CSPs,



colocation providers, EPCs, consultants, and data center operators.
Build relationships with senior decision makers, including engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams.
Market Development
Monitor industry trends and competitive developments.
Expand BEEHE's visibility within the European data center ecosystem.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
Drive opportunities from initial engagement through project award.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven track record in data center infrastructure, cooling technologies, power systems, critical facilities, or related industries.
Existing relationships within the European data center ecosystem.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Hyperscalers (CSPs), Colocation providers, Data center operators, EPC contractors
Understanding of: Data center thermal technologies, Direct liquid cooling, AI infrastructure, High-density computing environments
