Keep Record Retrieval performance and scope visible. Gather product health, delivery effort, and commercial results for investment reviews. Deliver defined Data Discovery improvements. Synthesize feedback, identify gaps, and use research and usage data to refine features and contribute to roadmap discussions. Communicate progress, decisions, and changes clearly, and help align the project team around a practical execution plan. Use AI tools thoughtfully throughout product development, including research synthesis, analysis, drafting, and prototyping. Требования: 1–2 years of experience in product management or an adjacent role, such as business analysis, product operations, implementation, or software delivery. Relevant internships and project experience are welcome. Strong organization and communication skills,



including clear written and spoken English and the ability to work with colleagues across teams and time zones. A collaborative approach to working with Engineering, Design, Delivery, and commercial teams, including openness to feedback and sound judgment about when to ask for support. An interest in learning Datavant's business model, the healthcare data ecosystem, and relevant privacy and regulatory considerations, and understanding how product decisions affect customers and internal teams. Exposure to healthcare or life sciences data, record retrieval, or enterprise software; Experience with customer research, reporting, product analytics, or workflows that combine software and operational delivery; Familiarity with Agile development, Jira, writing requirements, or validating features against acceptance criteria; Practical use of AI tools to support research, analysis, prototyping, or everyday product work
