About the Role Our client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Innovation and Product Development Manager to lead the creation and launch of new products in León, Guanajuato. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development pipeline, from ideation and research to design, testing, and market introduction. This is a key on-site leadership position, fostering collaboration and hands‐on development within our León facilities.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
Identify new market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation.
Oversee research and development (R&D;) activities, ensuring technical feasibility and market viability.
Manage cross-functional product development teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and sales representatives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to validate product concepts.
Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Monitor product performance post‐launch and identify opportunities for improvement or iteration.




Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the product development team.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product development, product management, or innovation roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry.
Strong understanding of market research, product lifecycle management, and R&D; methodologies.
Proficiency in product management software and tools.
Must be willing to work full-time on-site in León, Guanajuato.
Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
