You will be a valuable member of our Fintech/Payments tribe, which is dedicated to maximizing the potential of our learners and tutors by focusing on revenue growth for our Edtech platform. We achieve this by enhancing our Subscription proposal, streamlining payments (pay-in and payouts), and driving sustainable growth of our marketplace.

we're looking for someone who can help us grow our business within the fintech area by understanding compliance requirements, assessing priorities, and owning the roadmap, planning, and execution.
Ensure we meet our compliance obligations while protecting the user experience and business performance.
Lead planning, team ceremonies, and delivery tracking to keep execution focused and effective.
Experience in being a hands-on leader to drive results both through direct product development and through strong end-to-end thinking and execution.
Ability to support multiple initiatives at different phases of development
Strong analytical abilities and live and breathe data.
