At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced Product Owner - Governance Portal to join a major international project within the pharmaceutical industry .
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, Information Compliance stakeholders, and support teams on a global scale.
Ensure operational stability, service quality, performance, and continuous optimization.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for Product Owners, Information Compliance teams, and key stakeholders.
Plan, authorize, and oversee changes to the IT environment, ensuring business continuity and deployment safety.
Collaborate with development teams on application releases and lifecycle management activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI Planning, contributing to product lifecycle and operational objectives.
Create and maintain System Risk Assessments (SRA) aligned with compliance, legal, and security requirements.
Manage authentication assets, access controls, and security-related processes.
Oversee L2/L3 support operations and service delivery performance.
Monitor SLA/KPI metrics and supervise Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management through ServiceNow.
Maintain Knowledge Base articles, operational procedures, and documentation repositories in SharePoint and Confluence.
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Application Owner, IT Service Manager, or similar role.
Solid knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks, including Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).




Hands‐on experience with ServiceNow.
Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), security, and compliance principles.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Understanding of software development concepts such as APIs, data models, and microservices.
SQL knowledge (queries, views, relational databases).
Tableau reporting and analytics experience.
PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.
