Experteer Overview In this role, you will reinforce the Facility Management Real Estate (FMRE) team by leading civil works and infrastructure projects at the San Pablo site. You will design functional, space-optimized facilities that meet operational needs while embedding ESG and sustainability principles. You will manage site construction, ensure quality and compliance, and monitor CapEx/OpEx with risk and opportunity management. You will work in a cross-functional, leadership-driven environment, supporting a mission to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable facilities for Airbus. - Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in building u0026 construction/infrastructure projects (10+ years preferred) as a field engineer or technical project manager
- Engineering or Architecture degree with Master Habilitante
- Strong building background, project and planning management, quality assurance, and license/administration management
- Advanced English level (negotiation)
- Excellent communication across all levels, leadership, team management, customer focus, and continuous improvement
- Experience managing construction projects within the industrial sector (nice to have)Requisitos principales
