This profile will own lead development and the full sales cycle, from discovering client needs to closing deals.Your Domain- Qualify and manage incoming leads from potential clients (SMEs & Enterprise)- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial discovery through strategic scoping (concept phase) to contract signature- Lead process-mapping workshops (online or on-site) and deliver tailored Odoo demos- Design and present solution architecture and commercial proposals- Participate in targeted outbound initiatives, regional events and campaignsYour Vibe- Degree in IT, business administration or a related field- 3+ years of experience in ERP or complex B2B software solution sales- Goal-oriented,



proactive problem solver driven to achieve results- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills- Customer-centric mindset combined with a strong business acumen- Fluent in Spanish and English (at least C1 level).
