We are seeking an international People Operations Manager.
The Role: Operational Management: Steer the People Ops function, encompassing HRIS management, administrative workflows, and integral payroll strategy.
Design and refine HR policies that harmonize legal rigor with a high-performance company culture.
Data-Driven Insights: Maintain absolute data integrity within our HR ecosystems and deliver strategic reports on labor costs, budgets, and financial forecasting.
Employee Relations & Advocacy:



Act as the senior point of escalation for payroll queries and lead conflict resolution with a balanced, policy-driven approach.
What we are looking for: Substantial experience managing HR operations across diverse international locations.
Expert-level command of Spanish employment regulations and payroll nuances.
A genuine drive to automate and optimize HR processes to enhance the internal "customer" experience.
Native/Bilingual Spanish speaker and professional English level.
Availability to attend the office five days a week (with full flexibility).
