Maintain consistency across execution systems (Jira, Orion, Monday.
Facilitate Life Cycle-level risk and opportunity management (ROMA) and coordinate critical integration points between Life Cycles. Integrate frameworks into standardized workflows — ensuring compliance without overburdening product teams. Continuously refine and simplify operational processes with RIS Business Operations, fiercely protecting the teams' space for innovation. Who You Are 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, product operations, or related functions. Scientific, engineering, or business background with a strong operational mindset. Deep understanding of lifecycle management, product development, and product care in a complex portfolio environment. Strong analytical

skills:
you see patterns in data and translate them into actionable insights. Working knowledge of Planisware, Jira, MS-Office, G-Suite. Familiarity with Orion, Trello, or similar tools is a plus.
