Blacksmith Agency in the US seeks a Senior Web Designer, Design Systems.
You own how client design systems get built, turning brands and references into a token-based system with variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute without asking you questions.
Precision is the job. This is a senior, systems-first seat.
You will stand up new systems fast and ensure they are right the first time, across several client brands at once.
