As our first dedicated Recruiter, you’ll own our searches from the first conversation with the hiring manager through to the signed offer.This is a hands on role with true ownership. Beyond your own searches, you'll help us build and refine our hiring processes as we scale, from interviews to the data we use for improvement.You’ll report to our Head of People and work closely with hiring managers and founders.
