Job Description
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Accounts Payable activities for Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for Accounts Payable processes for Spain and Portugal.
Support Accounts Receivable activities for PSA BDP.
Checking incoming invoices, cooperation with PSA BDP Operations.
Communication with vendors, PSA BDP entities and staff, etc.
Booking of settlements and payments.
Manage AP tasks independently and follow up issues to closure .
Other tasks to support Finance functions.
Ensure compliance with relevant Key Performance Indicators as determined globally and locally.
Job Requirements
Education in accounting, finance or business administration.
Minimum 2 years of experience
Good English communication skills: both oral and written (minimum B2 level)
Good MS Excel skills
