Our partner is looking for an Appointment Setter (Talent Acquisition) based in Spain.
Join a fast-paced, fully remote environment supporting growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) and eCommerce brands with their talent acquisition needs. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in keeping recruitment pipelines active by initiating conversations, qualifying candidates, and scheduling calls efficiently. Working with structured systems and clear performance indicators, you will balance outreach volume with the quality of candidate engagement. You will collaborate closely with fulfillment, customer success, and interview teams while contributing to smoother recruitment processes.
Qualify candidates through chat and short calls when necessary, assessing their interest, availability, and expectations.
Schedule qualified candidates directly into the appropriate calendars.
Track, label, and update all leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or other designated systems.
Meet key performance indicators related to response times, booked calls, and qualified conversations.
Coordinate with Customer Success and Interview Managers to align outreach activities with daily priorities.




You should bring strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently in a structured, performance-driven environment. Strong written English and the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with candidates.
Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools; Airtable or ClickUp experience is an advantage.
A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems without constant supervision.
