REVLON Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Iberia Market to manage the Order-to-Delivery process and support the Sales team as the main contact for service-level performance.
You will monitor daily KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions with a continuous focus on service excellence, working closely with Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance.
Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years in B2B customer service in FMCG or cosmetics are required.
