Experteer Overview In this role you will lead regional education initiatives to drive the adoption of ClearCorrect in Southern Europe. You will align local programs with global strategy while tailoring them to market needs, building credibility with healthcare professionals and accelerating clinical adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally to design innovative education formats, measure impact, and ensure consistent branding. - Partner with Global Education to shape long-term education KPIs and investments
- Pilot and scale digital education formats (microlearning, AI learning, gamification, hybrid workshops)
- Collaborate with Sales to embed education into commercial strategy and enable the field
- Track education KPIs, ROI, and learner outcomes using CRM and analytics tools
- Coordinate local education events, webinars, and workshops with brand consistency




- Ensure curriculum consistency with Integral Tu0026E and drive scalability across regions
- Lead post-event impact measurement and reporting
- Engage with KOLs, universities, and professional associations to extend influence
- Act as regional ambassador for global education initiatives across North America and beyond
- Mentor regional team members and promote excellence in education delivery
- Advocate for global standards while tailoring execution to regional realities

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in dentistry, training/education, or product management
- 4+ years in oral health education industries
- Track record of achieving challenging results
- Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French or Italian preferred
