- Management of end-to-end application (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
- L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
- Analysing and resolving Bug
- Feature development when necessary
- Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity B. Deliverables:
- App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
- Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
- Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
- Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured C. Expertises
- Must have skills English context : mandatory Writing expertise for documentation purposes MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune Windows Devices management Windows Information Protection (WIP)
- Nice to have skills MS Endpoint DLP McAfee Cloud Proxy F5 PerApp VPN Expertise of Agile/Scrum methodology
