Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and rollout of a mature Business Continuity Management program in the ADS division across designated countries. You will drive BIA-led continuity planning, aim for ISO 22301 certification, and oversee training, incident response, and post-incident improvements. You will coordinate with integral and local stakeholders to protect assets, reputation, and operations in a highly regulated environment. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role that shapes resilience at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define and drive multi-year BCM roadmap and end-to-end transformation from greenfield to mature program
- Lead BIAs, develop continuity plans, and ensure alignment with global framework
- Achieve and maintain ISO 22301 certification and regulatory/compliance standards




- Design and deliver mandatory BCM training curriculum and high-fidelity exercises
- Manage external vendors and cross-functional teams for BCM deployment
- Provide expert incident support and conduct post-incident evaluations
- Develop and maintain BCM Risk Profile integrated with Enterprise Risk Management
- Improve organizational resilience through measured, post-exercise insightsResponsabilidades
