We are looking for a senior profile to participate in international insurance projects, working in multinational environments and collaborating with general teams and leading technology providers.

Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, and quality.
Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks, continuously monitoring their progress.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, architecture, infrastructure, data, QA, and business).
Facilitate agile ceremonies, track deliverables, and resolve blockers.
Oversee the quality of deliverables,



validating that implemented solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
Prepare progress reports, project indicators, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in management processes, tools, and methodologies.

Experience managing IT projects and coordinating technical teams.
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Advanced level of English.
