Experteer Overview In this role you will be the senior finance leader for Spain and Portugal, acting as the strategic partner to the Country Manager and local leadership while bridging the affiliate with European Finance. You will oversee planning, governance, statutory compliance, and business decision support, ensuring standardized processes and timely reporting through regional shared services and external partners. You’ll influence commercial and operational decisions, evaluate strategic initiatives, and promote financial discipline across the affiliate. This position offers meaningful impact by enabling growth within a regulated, innovative biopharma environment. You will work closely with cross‑function.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Serve as primary finance representative and trusted advisor to GM and local leadership
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, HR, and other functions to support decision-making
- Provide financial leadership for commercial execution, launch readiness, resource allocation and investment decisions
- Evaluate business cases, contracts, and strategic initiatives with objective financial input
- Coordinate month-end close and reporting with regional teams




- Maintain collaboration with Corporate Finance, Shared Services, and external providers
- Lead annual budget, re-forecasts, three-year plan and cash-flow forecasting
- Monitor KPIs, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
- Support tax compliance, statutory reporting, and audits
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and regional systems
- Ensure governance, internal controls, and regulatory adherence
- Support governance through Board meetings and approvals
- Oversee regional finance operations and mitigation of operational risksResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with multinational exposure
- Experience in biotechnology/pharma or regulated industries preferred
- Strong FPu0026A, governance, statutory reporting, and internal controls
- Experience in a regional shared services model desirable
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
