This role is focused on operating and optimizing critical production infrastructure within a measurable, performance?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and manage general production infrastructure ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of customer?platform infrastructure issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud environments. Drive operational excellence by continuously improving monitoring, alerting, and observability practices. functional requirements (availability, performance, scalability, and security). related controls. Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining on?Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Exposure to AI/automation tooling in operations (monitoring intelligence, predictive analytics, or similar). Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing). Experience working within ITIL or SRE?EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
