About the role
Would you like to live in Málaga and work in customer service in Norwegian?
Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking agents to join its
Flex Team
.
The team steps in wherever support is needed most across several projects.
You won't be tied to a single project.
Your days will vary, and you'll get to know a range of products and industries.
Projects you may work on include:
Smartwatches for children:
support for a smartwatch and mobile service brand
EV charging:
helping customers with charging boxes, charging, apps and troubleshooting
Other Nordic projects as needs change
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and administrative issues
Document cases and follow up with customers
Switch between projects as the team needs and get up to speed quickly on new products




Help keep customer satisfaction and service quality high
What we're looking for
Fluent Norwegian
, spoken and written
Flexibility
and a willingness to work
varying hours
, e.g. days, evenings and some weekends as scheduled
A quick learner who enjoys switching between tasks and projects
A solution-oriented, service-minded person who stays calm under pressure
Comfortable with computers.
An interest in technology is a plus.
Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
Knowledge of Norwegian is considered an advantage.
