Our Immigration practice works closely with our Tax, Corporate and other legal teams to provide coordinated advice to international clients.Advising individuals, families and companies on Spanish immigration and integral mobility matters.Preparing and reviewing applications, legal submissions and supporting documentation.Communicating directly with clients in English and Spanish.Coordinating with other Klev&Vera; practice areas where matters involve tax, corporate or other legal considerations.Contributing to the development of legal know-how and continuous improvement within the Immigration practice.Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in Spanish Immigration Law / Global Mobility.Solid practical knowledge of Spanish immigration procedures,



including Law ******* and LO ******.Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Good legal judgement and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.What we offerPermanent, full-time position based in Barcelona, work in office.Exposure to complex Immigration and Global Mobility matters.Close collaboration with lawyers specialising in Tax, Corporate and other areas of law.A compensation package consisting of a fixed salary plus a quarterly performance-based bonus, determined according to experience, technical level and degree of autonomy.If you are an immigration lawyer who enjoys taking ownership of matters, working directly with international clients and wants to grow within an international legal practice, we would be pleased to hear from you.
