The Supervisor will lead, train, and motivate a team of cleaning professionals, orchestrating daily tasks to maintain impeccable hygiene and aesthetic appeal.

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the hotel's cleaning department.
Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and adequate coverage.
Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to cleaning, sanitation, and safety.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock.
Address guest concerns or special requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the cleaning team.




Ensure the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
Proven experience as a supervisor in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality cleaning role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and safety regulations relevant to the hospitality industry.
Must be able to work versátil hours, including weekends and holidays.
further education in hospitality management is a plus.
Familiarity with the luxury hotel market in Mérida is desirable.
Proficiency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.
