Drive engineering excellence across the development lifecycle by championing test?Champion AI integration by embedding AI coding assistants into engineering workflows and identifying opportunities to integrate AI/ML features into the IoT platform.




Resolve complex performance bottlenecks, architectural challenges, and cross?scale enterprise deployments.
Partner with Product, Operations, and executive leadership to refine technology roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical plans, and recruit top engineering talent.
8+ years of professional software engineering experience building and scaling production systems, with 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
level technical mastery in C#, .NET (Framework & Core), Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, ASP.NET Web API, and modern frontend frameworks like React.
