You'll own the brand voice, the website, the SEO strategy, and the overarching positioning logic that ties all our products and markets together - while also being the experienced hand that keeps the team moving fast and in the right direction. Define and maintain brand governance - setting the quality bar for how WorkFlex looks, sounds, and positions itself externally.
Lead SEO strategy across markets, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager on execution and prioritization.
Actively test and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
Lead ad-hoc strategic projects including brand research, competitor analysis,



market surveys, etc.
You are proficient in German - You'll be the author of our messaging architecture for the DACH market and the quality standard for how we communicate in German.
You have 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in messaging, positioning, or brand strategy - ideally in SaaS, HR tech, legal tech, or a similarly complex solution category.
You have a strong enough understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content to give good direction and catch problems early - even if these aren't your primary specialisms.
Experience in B2B SaaS in the HR industry, or in business travel, global mobility, or compliance-adjacent categories is a strong plus.
