Consumer Sales Representative
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
Articulate the HP Store value proposition and act as POC for HP customers
Fast and effective response and resolution of incoming customer enquiries regarding sales, products or additional services
Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline




Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time.
Maximize Store revenue by upselling/cross?Awareness of Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize their success
Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained
Maintain good CRM hygiene and tracking by accurately tracking all events within the CRM
We embrace our game?Are proficient or bilingual in French with an advanced level of English
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross?Customer Driven and motivation to work in sales
Knowledge of IT solutions (cloud, managed services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, etc)
Experience with sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft)
Full?time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
