, we are looking for a legal "engine" to ensure our foundation is rock-solid and our people are protected.
You will be the legal anchor for our Spanish operations while supporting our international expansion.

Spanish Labor Law Ownership:
Organize, maintain, and manage all employment-related documentation and HR legal workflows for the Madrid office.
Contract Management:
Compliance & Administration:
Take charge of completing KYC/AML questionnaires and administrative filings.
Basic Corporate Housekeeping:
Manage straightforward corporate changes for the local entity (e.g., International Legal Research:
Actively assist with legal research for other European locations as Banank expands into new markets.

You are at a stage in your career where you enjoy operational, day-to-day work.
You have a strong willingness to look beyond Spain and learn about the legal landscapes of other countries.
You are fluent in Spanish and English, capable of easily communicating with local authorities and our international team.
A university degree in Law (Spanish jurisdiction).
Proven experience in handling Spanish employment law documentation and basic commercial/B2B contracts.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
