Experteer Overview In this role you join the Quality Inspection Team for the MRO Network, ensuring quality activities across maintenance, repair and overhaul performed globally. You will support WP operations, verify work in situ with inspectors and mechanics, and manage maintenance records and conformity certificates. You’ll drive compliance with Part 145 and related regulations, and represent the Quality function in customer and authority audits. The position combines hands-on quality control with documentation oversight, influencing delivery quality and regulatory adherence. - Support MRO Network Working Parties operations and aircraft hand-overs when required
- Verify work performed on aircraft in collaboration with Quality inspectors and mechanics
- Follow-up MRO activity with documentation (CoCs, Form 1, etc.) ensuring completeness and correctness




- Prepare aircraft delivery documentation and hand-back after MRO (Maintenance Report, Certificates of Conformity, Peram F1 or EASA F1)
- Ensure proper maintenance records management and monitor Quality KPIs for improvement
- Contribute to maintaining MRO Network Maintenance approval through regulatory-compliant Quality Systems (Part 145, Peram 145)
- Represent the Quality function to customer quality representatives and in external audits by customers or authoritiesResponsabilidades
- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
- Experience: More than 3 years in aircraft maintenance
- Languages: High level of English
- Availability to travel: approx. 180 days per year around the worldRequisitos principales
