Managing a home of five and leading a team of 20 staff, this is the most senior operational position within the household. It requires an elite, hands-on professional capable of maintaining immaculate standards with absolute discretion.Role OverviewPosition: Head of HouseholdLocation: Marbella, Spain (International search / relocation required)Employment: Full-time, resident positionSalary: €150,000 - €170,000 gross per annum (DOE)Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Manage, schedule, and mentor a multidisciplinary 20-person domestic and external team. (not all direct reports)Financial Management: Prepare and monitor substantial household operating budgets and expenditure controls.Hands-on Service: Maintain immaculate property presentation and personally assist with guest hospitality or housekeeping when required.Property Maintenance: Establish and oversee a proactive,
