As IT Engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for providing hands?on IT support and technical expertise to colleagues on?This role requires broad knowledge across workplace technologies, hardware, software, and collaboration tools, and acts as a key enabler for smooth IT operations locally. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory to ensure effective communication and support.
site IT support for end users in Spain (hardware, software, network, peripherals).
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with central IT teams.
Support device lifecycle management (setup, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning).
Act as local contact for Modern Workplace topics (e.g., Coordinate with central IT and service owners to ensure alignment and escalation.
Support local infrastructure (e.g., printers, meeting rooms, network equipment).
site support at other Spanish locations when required.
Travel to other offices for IT rollouts, troubleshooting, or project support.
Degree or vocational training in IT or a related field.
Several years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).




Basic understanding of networking and device management (e.g., Fluent in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher, both spoken and written).
Flexibility to support users at different sites when needed.
97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance?based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
